this is a ceiling installation I created based off of storm clouds; I wanted to illuminate a space by adding a "dream-like" element in a light fixture. 

 

I built my model using foam board, leftover fabric from the textiles department at my foundation, and string lights. to create the middle piece, I vacuumed plastic and glued the pieces together.
